A match for the Xye Ferns was played yesterday afternoon, with the result: that these trophies again changed hands, the challengers easily defeating the holders. The match was started very late, and as there was not time to play (he full 21 heads, il was agreed to play until the light failed, and the team that was then in front to be the winners.
