BOWLING.
The Faster Tournament organised by the Palmerston North and Terrace End Clubs, to he held on Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Monday, will be the biggest yet held in this district, and second only in the Dominion to the Championship Tournament. Fifty rinks have entered, so that over 200 howlers will he in Palmerston on those days. The entries include rinks front New Plymouth, Masterlon, Hastings, Wanganui, Stratford, Inglewood, Taihape, Woodviile, Carterton, Okalo, Foxton, Shannon, Waipawa, Kliamlallalt, Napier, Ilunterville, and practically all the Wellington Clubs, ami include some of (he best, known players in the North Island. The local Club will he represented by one rink: Walker, Hawke, Nye, F. Whihley (s), and Rumiier will skip three Terrace End players. Play commences each day at 9 a.m.
