HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cables as follows at noon yesterday: — The hemp market is linn, with upward tendency. There is a general and active demand owing to stocks being almost exhausted. Good fair New Zealand £73, fair £7O, government graded fair Manila £92, coarse £77. March-May shipment good fair New Zealand £7l, fair £OB, government graded fair Manila £9O, coarse £75. These prices obtainable if shipment can be guaranteed. The output from Manila for the week is not mentioned.
