ANOTHER FLAX FIRE.
A Jlax lire broke out in the swamp between Makcrua and Tokomaru alter a train Ipul passed on Saturday afternoon. It got away Jrom the men who were watching it on Sunday, and about 40 acres of C. A. Louglmau and Co.’s llax was destroyed. A big gang of men fought the flames during the day. ;uui at about dusk on Sunday the lire was again under control.
