At the Palmerston sittings of tlie .Supreme Court next week, the following divorce cases will he heard; —Charles F. Giorgi (Mr Fletcher) v. Lelila Giorgi (Mr Cooper) and Harold Myers (Mr Moore), alleged adultery; Sarah Wright (Mr Fit/,herbert) v. George Henry Wright, desertion; Amy Esther Taylor (Mr Fil/.herhert) v. John Andrew Taylor, desertion; Grade E. Bellit (Mr Moore) v. Robert William Bellit, alleged adultery. The ease of W. W. Wiisher (Mr Fit/dierhert) v. the Whakaronga Dairy Company, an appeal from the Magistrate’s decision on the question of the payment of Imtterfat by the company to the plaintiff, will also he argued.
