FRIENDLY SOCIETIES’ PICNIC.

The Friendly Societies’ annual picnic and sports will lie held in Victoria Park on New Year’s Day. Special train arrangements have been made, and large numbers of visitors are expected from Feilding .Palmerston North and stations all along the line. A good sports programme has been arranged, including races for young and old, and provision has been made to give a toy lo each child present. As in past years, a feature of the picnic' will he the baby show.
