THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows: — The hemp market is quiet but firm. Good fair New Zealand £SO, fair £4B; Government graded fair Manila £52, coarse £49 10s. Ocfo-ber-December shipment, good fair New Zealand £49 IDs, fair £47 10s; Government graded fair Manila £sl 10s, coarse £4B 10s. The output from Manila for the week was 23,000 thousand bales.
