PATRIOTIC ART UNION.

Mr John McGregor, on behalf of the Foxton Maoris; has presented for art union purposes a model Maori canoe, a Maori mat, and a Maori carved stick, and tickets will be issued shortly at One shilling. The proceeds of the Art union will be devoted to the Wounded Soldiers’ Fund, and the drawing will take place at the Coronation Hall at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the 28th October.
