The Rev. D. C. Bates wires as follows at noon to-day :
Westerly winds moderate to strong prevailing, and freshening after about 24 hours ) there is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, with increasing haze and cloudiness. Barometer little movement, but has a falling tendency after about 24 hours, Sea considerable, tides good swell.
