HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner rallied yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is quiet hut firm. Good fair New Zealand £49 10s, fair £47 10s; government graded fair Manila £sl 10s, (“oar.se £4B 10s. October December shipments: Good fair £4B 10s, fair £47; Manila, £SO 10s; coarse £4O 10s. The output from Manila for the week was 20,000 hales.
