FULLER’S PICTURES
The si* vent eon ill episode of the “Million Dollar Mystery” is the outstanding feature of to-night's programme at the Town Hall, and a full complement of supporting items constitute a really line selection of pictures. SATURDAY (One -Night Only). A special feature of Saturday’s programme is a particularly line dramatic' subject by the Kalem Company, entitled, “By Whose Hand ?” Oilicer Cromwell, hearing a shot, rushes into the house from whence the sound came, and discovers Melville lying wounded on the lloor. The policeman helps the man to a chair. Investigating, Cromwell discovers a girl hiding behind a screen. She begs for mercy, and then tells her story. Violet’s story makes a profoud impression upon the oilicer. He is about to let her go when an old man breaks out of the closet and denounces both Violet and Melville. The newcomer is Miller, and he informs Cromwell that (he two are crooks. Then follows a series of surprising statements, which keep the suspense alive right up to the last instant of the pictui'e. The supporting films are : “The Missing Clue,” comedy ; “Men of the Moment,” topical ; “Knaresborough and Fountain Abbey,” scenic ; “A Child of the Surf,” drama ; “Hunting a Husband,” comedy ; “The Topical Budget.”
