FOUND ON LICENSED PREMISES.

At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning, before Mr J. W. Poyntou, S.M., Robert Bryant, George Coley, Henry Coley, Frank .Proctor and Wills were charged by the police with being found on licensed premises, when such premises are required by law to be closed.

Mr Cooper appeared for defendants, who all pleaded guilty. Mr Cooper said the men admitted being on the premises. They were yarning with Captain Wills and there was no suggestion that they had any drink. Defendants were each fined £2 with costs 7s.
