A young man named Hansen, who disappeared mysteriously at Thames a' iortnight ago, and of whom nothing has since been heard, has a sister resident in Frankton. She states that he was ot a very quiet disposition, and strictly temperate. She also states that about five years ago a relative named Hansen disappeared in exactly the same way at Whangarei. He rede into town one evening, placed his horse in a stable, and on leaving was never heard of or seen again.
