Yesterday afternoon a Foxton rink visited Feildiug aud played .the holders of the Manson and Barr Cup. suffering defeat by 21 points to 12. On the first head the visitors scored a single, but Feildiug put on four in the next three heads, Foxlou evened matters up on the two succeeding heads, but from this out Feildiug gradually drew away until after the sixteenth head when the score stood Feilding 21—Foxton 6. The home team did not score again the' visitors adding a farther six points to their score in the last five heads. The following are the teams : Feilding. Foxton. Mills Ball Robertson Hore Bartholomew Spring Fruish (s) 21 Rlmmer (s) 12.
