FULLER’S PICTURES. “THE OUTCAST.” The change of programme at the Town Hall last night was an exceptionally good one, the star item, ‘‘The Outcast,” being one of the finest productions yet seen. The story is written by Thomas Nelson Page (Ambassador to Italy) and portrays the cruelty of human justice and man-made laws. Other items of interest are : ‘‘Tipperary,’ a charming scenic view of the little Irish town; ‘‘A. Lucky Strike,” comedy drama ; “Flooey and Axel,” comic ; and the latest Gaumont Graphic. WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY. An outstanding feature of Wednesday’s change of programme is the 4th episode of ‘‘The Million Dollar Mystery,” in ‘‘The Third Floor Flat.” WH’" i' ine and Princess Olga in command, the ‘‘Black Hundred” continues its dastardly plotting. They lure Florence to an apartment house by a letter purporting to come from her father, whom she has not met since babyhood. But, as her “father” embraces her, she sees in the mirror many evil peering faces, and realises she is trapped. In this terrible situation, surrounded by villainous foes, instead of shrieking or swooning, this courageous wisp of a girl plans a desperate escape, and, miraculous as it seems, she does escape. Mar~ vels in motion pictures, daring and hazardous portrayal of a magnitude never before enacted, will be presented as each episode of this mystery is shown at this theatre. A full complement ol supporting items constitute a tip top programme.
