BETWEEN £9,000 AND £IO,OOO REALISED. The M’Hardy Art Union was drawn at Palmerston on Saturday night, Mr Hamilton R. Strahan, of Apiti, being the winner. Seventy-nine thousand three hundred and seventy-six halfcrown tickets were sold, the net receipts being about £9,200 tor the sick and wounded.
