WEDDING.

A wedding was celebrated at the local Methodist Church, this morning, the contracting parties being Mr George Henry King, eldest son of Mr and Mrs A. King, of Foxton, and Alice Kate, third daughter of Mrs George Salberley, of Foxton. The bride was dressed In a navy blue costume, and was given away by her uncle, Mr A. Satherley, of Otaki. She was attended by her sister Myrtle as bridesmaid. Mr D. Muuro officiated as best man. Mr and Mrs King left by this morning s train for Auckland, where the honeymoon will be spent, after which they will take up their residence in Foxton,
