CHURCH SERVICES FOR SUNDAY.
The Salvation Army services will be ;—7 a.m,, knee diill ; n a.m., Holiness Meeting, 3 p.m., Praise Meeting ; 7 p.m. Salvation Meeting. All are heartily welcome. The services on Sunday in the Methodist Church will be conducted by Mr R. H. Billens, of Palmerston North. Mr Billens is one of the Standard’s literary staff and a popular public speaker and debater. His appearance in the pulpit should attract large congregations. The following services will be held in All Saints’ Church tomorrow, the eighth Sunday after Trinity: 8 a.m. Holy Communion, 11 a.m, Matins, 7 p.m. Evensong. Evensong will be said at Oroua Downs at 2,30 p,m. The services in the Presbyterian Church to-morrow will be conducted both morning and evening by the minister, Rev J. M. Thomson M.A. The children’s address In the morning will be on “Tire Keys of the Kingdom,” The Sabbath School will be held as usual in the afternoon. As the Rev J. M. Thomson M.A. is shortly leaving the district the service to-morrow night will probably be the last evening service he will be able to conduct in Foxton.
