HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is dull. Good fair £32, lair £3O, Manila £37. Forward shipments, July to September, good fair fair 1 os, Manila, new graded fair 1 os, medium The output of Manila for the week was 20,000 bales.
