SLY GROG-SELLING.
Stratford, July 2. David Shepherd Maxwell, storekeeper, of Taurakawa, was to day charged on four informations with selling liquor without a license. A large quantity was found on his premises. The police gave evidence that sales had been going on for some time. Defendant had sold whisky at xos a bottle. He was fined on the first charge and on each of the others.
