GIRLS' GUILD.

A deputation, representing the Girls’ Guild, waited on Mr Smith local manager of Fuller’s Pictures, with a view to arranging a series of benefit entertainments to assist them to raise funds to carry on their work on behalf of the Wounded Soldiers Fund. Mr S«ah,h expressed his willingness to assist the guild to the best of his ability, and arrangements are being made for a series of benefit entertaiments. Tickets are being issued and will be on sale at is and 6d, seats can be reserved at Mrs Teviotdale’s at no extra charge.
