Another Zeppelin raid is reported at Southend with little damage. Two women were killed and a little child injured. The battleships Triumph and Majestic were torpedoed off the Gallipoli Peninsula. British submarines are busy raiding into the heart oi the Turkish defences. A brilliant exploit is reported by En, which sank a vessel, heavily loaded with guns and munitions, In the Sea of Marmora. Eater she entered Constantinople itself, and exploded a torpedo alongside the arsenal. It is reported that Turkey is anxious to conclude a separate peace.
