Only a few minor details have followed last night’s cable messages. The Belgium army occupies the field of Waterloo. The German army is pushing steadily on. The Russians are steadily advancing all along the Western frontier. No news of British operations. The Austrians have been decisively driven back by the Servian forces. A tactical movement has been accomplished by the Allies.
