HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.

The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows; — The Manila market is again easier. Fair current, ,£2B ; January-March,/2S ss. The output for the week was 23,000 bales. The New Zealand market is quiet with a tendency in favour of buyers. The Dominion offerings are very small. Good fair, ros ; fair, ,£23 5s ; January-March good fair, 15s ; fair, ,£23 ros ; May-July, about 5s more. There is a better demand for tow, the nominal value being £lO 15s to £n. Other quotations the same as before. The stock at the end of January was 1536 tons- The Sisal New York market is firm at last quotations.
