ARBITRATION COURT.
THE NEW CONSTITUTION. Wellington, Jan. 6. The nominated members of the Arbitration Court are to be elected this month by both employers’ and employees' unions. It is probable that Mr W. Scott will be unanimously nominated as the employers’ representative, with Mr W. Pryor as deputy. So far only two nominations have been put forward prominently for the position of workers’ representative, Mr J. A, McCullough, of Christchurch (the sitting member), and Mr A. Rosser, of Auckland. It is generally anticipated that Mr McCullough will be chosen by a large majority. There are a number of nominations for the position of deputy representative. Those made public up to the present are : —Mr E. J. Carey (Wellington), Mr A. H, Cooper (Wellington), Mr T. Long (Auckland), Mr W. T. Young (Wellington), Mr W. Maddlson (Wellington), and Mr R, Slater (Duiiediu).'
