BOY FATALLY SHOT. Gisborne, Sept. 1. Edgar Evans, aged 14, was shot dead by bis companion, Harold Parker, aged 13, with whom he and four others were out shooting' yesterday after lunch. One of the party loaded the gun and laid it on the ground. Parker picked it up not knowing it was loaded pulled the trigger and shot Evans, who was only a few feet away.
