HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : Manila market depressed as secondhand sepeculators are selling, market somewhat steadier at close. Spot, fairly steady at to £32 ; Gctober-December, £3O ; January-March, £3O 10s. The New Zealand market is quiet, prices slightly weaker. Good fair, £3O nominal ; fair, £26 10s ; August-Octobergood fair, 15s; fair, £26 15s ; output for the week, 23,000 bales.
