LABOUR AND STRIKES.
Dunedin, August 4.
At a meeting of the Trades and Labour Council, a motion was passed viewing with regret the failure of the recent congress to bring about unity, and urging unions to take no action in rejoining the Unity Federation of Labour or Social Democratic Party until the whole position, especially relating to strikes, is made perfectly clear to members of unions.
