The annual general meeting of delegates to the Horowhenua - Rugby Union was held at Manakau last night, when representatives were present from OtakL Tokomaru, Shannon, Manakau,/£| Foxton, Levin and The Foxton delegates were: Messrs D. Green, E. Wanklyn audj. Baylis. The annual report and balance- 1 sheet was presented and adopted, and the following officers elected for the ensuing year: Patron, Mr J. Kebbell; president, Mr A. Mcßain; secretary, Mr Broughton, treasurer, Mr J. Proctor; senior selector, Mr R. Smith, management committee, Messrs D. Green, H. McMillan, McDonald, Gustofsen and Moreland ; delegates toNZ, Rugby Union, Mr J. W. ' Proctor ; vice-president to N.Z. Rugby Union, Mr Easther. It was decided that the championship matches should commence on Saturday, May 3rd, and the fixtures for same will be drawn up by the management committee, .
