ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH.
ANNUAL MEETING OF PARISHIONERS.
There was a fair number of parishioners at the annual meeting on Tuesday last. Mr Woods read the minutes of the last annual meeting, which were confirmed. Mr Kellow, treasurer of the
church, presented the balance sheet which disclosed a credit balance. Mr A. S. Easton was re-elected people’s warden, and Mr F. W. Frankland was elected by the vicar in place of Mr Stewart who had found it necessary to resign, as vicar’s warden. The following gentlemen were elected to the vestry: Messrs Scewart, Betty, Eongworth, Kellow, Boyes, Crowe, Woods, Collins and Hollington. i In his annual report the vicar . dealt at length with all matters in connection with the Church. The year all through had been a most successful one in every way and the report concluded with the hope that members would not be satisfied with the past success but would resolve to even better in the future.
Prior to the meeting terminating refreshments, provided by the ladies of the parish, were handed round.
