DRUIDISM.

The quarterly summoned meeting of the Manawatu Lodge, U.A.0.D., No. 73, was held last night, when A.D. Bro. Huntley presided over a good attendance of members. Two new members were initiated. The following nominations were received for the various offices, the elections in connection with which will take place next Lodge night: —A.D., Bros. E. G. Martin and F. D, Whibley; V.A., Bros. G. O. Barber, W. H. Currie and I. F. Watt; 1.G., Bros. E. Page, H. McKegney, L. McCarthy, and I. F. Walt; 0.G., Bros. J. McKnight, H, McKegney and E. Page ; Bards, Bros. T. Simpson, I. F. Watt, W. Currie, Burnett, and H. McKegney ; minute secretary, Bro. F. Woods; auditor, Bro. A. Smith ; delegate to Grand Lodge meeting, Bro. F. D. Whibley. The nomination of District President was left over.uutil next Lodge night. The committee set up to consider various amendments to the rules suggested several alterations, which were approved, and will be forwarded on to Grand Lodge for consideration at the next meeting of delegates. A number of accounts were passed for payment.
