Auckland, June 21

The motor car accident on the Remuera road on March Bth, as a result of which Mrs Amelia Prouse was killed and Mrs John Jordon (wife of Canon Jordan) seriously injured, had its sequel in the Police Court to-day, when the chauffeur, Garnett Campbell, appeared on a charge of manslaughter. Defendant reserved his defence and was committed lor trial.
