ENTERTAINMENTS.
MUNICIPAL, PICTURES
Another of the municipal picture entertainments was held in the Coronation Hall last night, when a good variety of fine subjects were screened. The attendance was good, patronage being mainly confined to the dress circle. The subjects, “ A trip up Mont Blanc,” “Copper Industry in Spain,” and “The Camelcon ” (natural history), were especially interesting and instructive. The dramatic element was well selected, while the audience was fairly convulsed with such comic films as “ Foolshead Eady Companion,” “Jack Fat and Jack Slim,” etc. The reputation for clear and flickerless pictures was well maintained last night, and the audience showed their appreciation with wellmerited applause.
