INDECENT ASSAULT.

WELL-DESERVED SENTENCE.

Auckland, August 25

At the Supreme Court this afternoon the jury brought in a verdict of guilty against Harry Wilson, a young man charged on two counts with indecent assault. Prisoner was sentenced by Mr Justice Chapman on the first count to ten years’ imprisonment with hard labour, and on the second count to five years' imprisonment with hard labour, the sentences to be cumulative, and in addition declared an habitual criminal.
