RACING COMMISSION’S REPORT. HON. D. BUDDO MAKES ’A PRONOUNCEMENT. WELLINGTON, duly 5- . Replying to a deputaion from, the Kaikoura Racing Club to-day, Hon. Dv Buddo stated that the Racing : ’ommissioners’ report wa s in conformity with tho provisions of the Act and that for one year it must bo given effect to. By thu end of that time they would know thu amount of interest in the districts which, had been deprived of their totalisator permits, and after that date tho position, might be reviewed.
