CARD TOURNAMENT.

A very pleasant evening was spent in Mr Perreau’s rooms on Wednesday last, when the railway men and the Druids played another crib match. The railway men on this occasion proved the victors, the scores being 34 to 29. After the games were completed short speeches were made by Messrs Trevvick, Woods and Henderson. It was decided to have a return match at an early date. Songs were rendered during the evening by Messrs Rice, Brown, Henderson and Robinson. The latter accompanied upon the piano. Mr Perreau supplied the refreshments in his usual style.
