FOXTON ASSAULT CASE.

ACCUSED PLEADS GUILTY. At the Palmerston S.M. Court yesterday, before Mr A. I). Thomson S.M., the charge against the young man Hamilton tor attempted rape on a girl 13 years of age on the Beach road, at Foxton, was heard in camera. After evidence, accused pleaded guilty, and was remanded lor sentence at the Supreme Court at Palmerston North on Monday next.
