SCHOOL COMMITTEE.

A special meeting of the local School Committee was held last night to confer with Mr Fraser re the expenditure of the money obtained by the Board from the sale of the old school. It was decided to erect a building for storage purposes, complete and repair certain portions of the fence, and erect a windmill tor school garden water supply. Specifications for the work will be drawn up by Messrs Fraser and Alex. Speirs. A special committee consisting of the Chairman, and Messrs Speirs and George Coley will act in conjunction with the Board representative in carrying out the work. The committee will meet on the ground at 10 a.m. to-morrow. Tenders will be called for the work to be done as soon as the specificatiops are ready.
