CRICKET.

At Adelaide on Saturday, the weather was cool and the wicket perfect, when the third test match between South Africa and All Australia was commenced. The attendance totalled 10,000. South Africa won the toss, and Zulch and Sherwell opened their innings. When stumps were drawn South Africa had lost five wickets for 279 runs, the principal scorers being : Zulch 105, Faulkner 56, Sherwell 11, and Nourse 10. Llewellyn 36 and Snooke 36 are the not out men.
