HE Mr MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : —Hemp market remains very depressed : moderate business has been done at lowest prices. New Zealand good fair spot per ton £2O 5s ; fair grade £2O. Manila, fair current, Forward shipment New Zealand good fair per ton ,£2O 5s ; fair grade, ,£l9 15s ; fair current Manila, ,£l9 10s. The output from Manila for the week was 26,000 bales.
