HEMP MARKET. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : —The hemp market is steady, but demand only moderate, prices firmer. New Zealand good fair spot ton, ,£24 xos ; fair, 10s ; Manila, 15s; forward shipments about the same ; output Manila 22,000 bales.
