ALLEGED ESPIONAGE.
ENGLISHMAN ARRESTED. Berlin, August 24. Trench, a friend of Brandon, the Englishman arrested at Borkntn, Hanover, while photographing the fortifications at the mouth ol the River Weser, has also been arrested at Emden, He had previously been taken into custody at Borkum, and his papers searched, after which he had been released.
