WEATHER FORECAST.
The Rev. D. C. Bates, wires as follows to-day:— Strong to gale westerly wind, veering to southerly ; heavy gale after 16 hours ; rain probable, and snow in high country; weather probably much colder ; river flooded. There are indications tor glass rise after 16 hours ; tides good ; sea very heavy.
