WATERSIDE WORKERS’ UNION.
SECRETARY ASKED TO RESIGN.
At a special meeting of the Wellington Waterside Workers’ Union held at the Trades Hall, Cuba Street, last evening a motion was put and carried by a large majority calling on Mr D. M’Laren, M.P., to resign office as secretary of the Union, on account of his litqe being fully occupied in the discharge of his duties to his constituents as a member of Parliament.
