The wife of Thnrlow, a settler in Becks township, Central Otago, was delivered of triplets, a girl on September 30 and two boys on October 2, Dr Bagley, who attended Mrs Thnrlow, says that the occurrence is the only one in 8000 births, and it is rare to find the three children survive. The triplets are all progressing favourably.
