Levin,'Sept, 20

A meeting of th° Otaki Maori Racing Club was held at Otaki on Saturday, to decide on which course the Club's forthcoming meeting would be field. Several favoured bolding it at Wellington, while a number considered it unnecessary to go out of the district, when the owners of the Levin Racecourse had generously offered the use of their grounds for the meeting. After a lengthy discussion, it was finally decided to accept the latter’s offer and hold the meeting on the Levin race course.
