Feirding, Sept. 20. Edward John Eewer was before the Court this morning, charged with illegally providing Jessie A. Cox with a certain instrument. He was remanded till Thursday, when Cox and another will also appear in connection with the charge. Very heavy rain has fallen in the last three days. The rivers and streams are rising. No damage is reported so far, though the conditions will affect the young lambs.
