Emperor Frances Joseph, of Austria, telegraphed to King Edward :—“On the occasion of your arrival at Marienbad I greet you heartily and send you as an old friend my best wishes for the success of your cure.”. King Edward replied : —“I am deeply touched by your kind telegram. I am glad to be again in your beautiful country, and wish you well in every respect.” The doctor states that King Edward’s health is most satisfactory.
