SUBMARINE DISASTER.

London, July 15. An accident occurred to submarines CII and Cl 7 off Yarmouth. The former was sunk, and 16 persons Were drowned, A passing steamer collided with the submarines. lieutenants Brodie and Watkins were rescued, but twelve men were drowned. The submarine was proceeding up the Thames for the approaching naval spectacle, in which a chain of 150 warships are to be posted from the Thames to the Nore. The other submarine, C 1.7, was not seriously damaged.
