Ashburton, July 16. At the Magistrate’s Court today Agnes Crosby claimed £SO damages from William and Jane McClurg for injuries sustained through being thrown out of a gig owing to the pony taking fright at defendant’s motor car. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £iO.
